STEPs4GROWTH (S4G) is a clean energy workforce development project funded by a grant from the US Department of Commerce. It is led by NC A&T State University with support from the North Carolina Business Committee for Education and other partners. STEPs4GROWTH works with employers to train students and adults to fill well-paying jobs in energy efficiency, renewable energy, clean vehicles, and grid & resilience.
Both the LINC-IT Program and STEPs4GROWTH Program partner together to recruit for early career professionals within the neurodiversity space. No matter your background, there are ample career paths within clean energy.
